What is the quality of your products?

We only deal with the highest quality of suppliers with the best products.

What information is available for each product?

All the products contain a more information section. Just click on the 'more information' icon to find out about the product including ingredients and nutritional information in most cases. This section may also include the country of origin, whether it is gluten or dairy free, genetically modified or suitable for vegetarians. The information in respect of a particular product is provided to Ueathealthy on line by the supplier of theat product and will be updated when new information is made available by the supplier.

What if I want more information or I want to ask a question about the ingredients of a particular product?

If you would like further information about the ingredients of a particular product, please send an email to info@ueathealthy.com.au, or call during business hours on 02 9332 0444.

When do I need to send my order?

Pick ups are on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at midday so get your order in by 4pm the day before. We do not deliver on weekends.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use the Australia Post ELADS system. It takes 1 - 7 working days to deliver to most areas within Australia. If you would like your parcel to arrive that little bit faster, we can arrange an Express Postal service which usually takes under 3 working days to arrive, you will be charged extra for this service.

 

Which areas does healthyU on line deliver to? 

 

Ueathealthy online uses Australi Post ELADS system to deliver your shopping to your doorstep. We can deliver anywhere nationally, the delivery time may just be a little longer if you live in remote parts of Australia, but we will still get it to you within 10 days of purchase.

How much is delivery usually?

We have tried to keep delivery fee structure simple. Depending on the size/weight and destination of your order, we usually absorb some, and often a lot, of the actual delivery cost. 

We agreed to keep a cap on postage costs to any destination within the Sydney metropolitan area. This is a small cost of $7.50 flat rate, it doesn't matter how big your order is. To other parts of Australia a flat rate of $10 on all orders under 3kg to anywhere else in Australia. Additional kilos (above 3kg) are charged depending on weight and destination.

What are my payment options?

We like to give you as many options for payment as we can, ensuring you will have a stress free shopping experience with us. So with this in mind these are the options available to you:
You can pay online with our secure credit card payment system, OR pay by phone, one of our very helpful and friendly staff members would be more then happy to assist you with this option, you can pay by direct Deposit, post a money order or cheque.

Our ecommerce site uses a process called Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us such as payment information in an encrypted envelope, making it extremenly difficult for this information to be intercepted. Credit card details are not permanently stored, the card number is stored until the order process has been finalised, after which time it is deleted from our system. Consequently your credit card number must be entered by you each time you select on line credit card payment for each new order.

When will you process my credit card payment for my order?

After we have picked up your order and know the total value of the order we will process your credit card payment for your order.

What happens if my online credit card is declined?

If your credit card is declined by your financial institution we will not be able to guarantee delivery until the financial institution approves the transaction or an alternative method of payment is offered. We will attempt to contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

What if I decide to pay by money order or cheque?

That’s fine. It may take an extra 2 or 3 days for us to dispatch your order due to the time delay in receiving your funds. Direct deposit is a faster method depending on the bank you use - it can take up to 2 banking days to transfer funds from your bank into our account (NAB) we will process and dispatch your order once funds have been received. HOWEVER, if payment has not been received within 7 days of order being made, your order will be cancelled.

How long does it take you to dispatch my order once payment has been received?

We dispatch orders every weekday morning. When we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. We can not however post items on weekends, as Australia Post does not work on these two days. Any orders received over the weekend will be posted first thing Monday morning........We can arrange Express Post should you need it urgently.

How do I check on the progress of my order?

With the ELADS system you can trace the whereabouts of your parcel at the following 3 stages of delivery:
 When it has left Ueathealthy,
 When it arrives at the local post office depot,
 When it arrives at the customer’s local post office depot.

What if I have a question about my order?

What does it cost me to shop at healthyU on line?

The Service Fee includes both the handling fee (which covers the packaging and packing of your order) and the freight charge, which will vary depending on your address. The handling fee is $5 for any order, no matter how large it may be.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, there is a minimum order value of $30 on all healthyU online orders. This minimum order value does not include the service fee.

How is my order calculated?

Items in your order are charged at the price applicable at the time you submitted your order and as shown on the order receipt, except as indicated below:

  • Where an item is out of stock, you will not be charged for that item

Upon delivery of your goods Ueathealthy online will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for your purchase including any credits applied and the service fee.

Are healthyU online prices the same as my local healthyU store?

The prices online are the same as the prices in your local store, we do however have different special offers and promotions online.

What are the basic hardware and software requirements I need to use healthyU online?

Almost any computer is capable of connecting to the internet as long as it is equipped with a modem and an internet browser, but the faster your computer and mode, the faster you can shop. IBM and Apple Macintosh PCs and laptops now access Ueathealthy online.

Ive lost connection to my internet service provider(ISP), what do I do?

If this happens, you will need to redial your ISP. If you cannot connect to your ISP, you will need to call your ISP's trchnical support help line.
