At Ueathealthy Online our priority is that customers are 100% satisfied when purchasing items through ueathealthy.com.au.
Any complaint by a customer that a delivery to the customer is incorrect or damaged must be advised to Ueathealthy within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the goods will be deemed to be correctly packaged and the products correctly supplied. If you wish to return an item you are not satisfied with, you can do so within 14 days of purchase.
Ueathealthy Online is happy to exchange, replace or refund defective merchandise, providing that:
- The product is returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
- The product is in its original condition; and
- The product is not defective as a result of abuse or misuse.
Returning non-defective merchandise
- Please carefully check the compatibility of the products with your requirements prior to purchasing.
- The return must be pre-arranged with Ueathealhy;
- The product must be returned to us at your expense with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, including its original packaging; and
- We will not in any circumstances refund the cost of shipping the product to you.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase –e.g. if the merchandise item was purchased on a Visa card, the credit will be refunded on the Visa card.
When returning an item please include proof of purchase (receipt and/or original order number) for all returns/exchanges. Please include your name, address, and telephone number and any other instructions in the package as well. Ueathealthy will not refund items damaged by the customer.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
